As a HR Coach you will help nurture and support learners every step of the way – empowering passionate individuals who are new to the profession as, they build the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours linked to the standard.
Your experience perfectly positions you to help HR talent of the future develop key qualities as, they tackle personal and educational challenges through detailed feedback and regular guidance.
What you’ll be doing
· Providing a structured development journey for maximising apprentice potential
· Supporting with industry relevant skills and behaviour sessions – both face-to-face and online
· Carrying out weekly review calls with learners to guarantee study progression
· Working collaboratively with client services, line managers and apprenticeship support teams
· Providing feedback on progress against relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours
· Facilitating and moderating discussion forums on their VLE
· Communicating effectively with learners via the VLE and other appropriate tools
· Actively encouraging learner engagement with their programmes
· Providing academic and safeguarding support to learners
· Contributing to the development of appropriate programme systems and processes

Apprenticeship Operations

• Educated to CIPD Level 5 (or above) and/or relevant work experience in the HR field• Industry relevant accreditations or certificates beneficial• Membership of a relevant professional body a huge plus• Significant practitioner experience relevant to the industry• Experience of working in an academic environment including coaching and mentoring• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal • Great presentation and IT skills• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage stakeholders• Effective at planning, organising and prioritising workload• Experience of working autonomously and managing own workload efficiently and effectivelyPlease note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS checkThis post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 – the successful candidate will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings that are not protected, as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013), as well undergo an Enhanced DBS checkSound like the perfect fit?
