Job Purpose

To help drive the business operations and support the day-to-day activities of StaySharp

 

As Customer and Product Services Administrator for StaySharp, a new brand in the BPP Education Group portfolio, you will join an ambitious organisation. Working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment you will deliver scalable operations and a great educational experience to our customers.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

· Managing and responding to student enquiries in a timely manner

· Supporting students through the onboarding process

· Working with key stakeholders from across the business to ensure timely set up of new products in-line with the business roadmap

· Managing product-level detail in the learning management system and the end-to-end creation and implementation of all associated assets

· Ensuring live online sessions run efficiently 

· Evaluating student engagement by analysing digital data sources

· Working with the wider team to develop and enhance the proposition: platform, product and service
