Job Purpose

The School of Business is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. The successful candidate will assist with ensuring quality processes and procedures required for the school are met. The role will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure quality assurance policies are effectively maintained, supporting programme learner experience. The post holder will be required to handle both professional and business information that is of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with key activities for validation and re-validation of programmes
• Highlight quality risks to the Quality Assurance Manager in the programme/module design and development process
• Provide support in the learning content development process, ensuring quality standards are understood and adhered to by all content authors/designers/developers.
• Audit and review programme content to ensure quality standards are upheld
• Liaise with programme teams and Quality Assurance Manager for product/material improvements
• Liaise with resourcing team on changes and schedule development work
• Administrate and co-ordinate termly management observations
• Administrate and co-ordinate staff training working with the Head of Quality Assurance
• Assist with the implementation of new development work software within the School of Business
• Regularly update quality and training documents
• Regularly update programme homepages and faculty guidance pages on The Hub
• Feedback to module developers in the development process
• Maintain and update module development guidance
• Routine data management and reporting
• Any other related requirements as required by the school.
