Key Responsibilities:

What would you be doing?

As a Scheduling Team Lead you'll be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of BPP's centralised scheduling process.

You'll ensure the seamless scheduling of BPP teaching and events across various schools and regions.

You'll need to be flexible and organised, working with your team to allocate and manage university resources. As Scheduling Team Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining and adjusting the schedule to evolving BPP requirements and priorities, and ensure that scheduling operations run smoothly.

What we'll need from you?

• Experience of working in a professional academic support setting to deliver timetabling/scheduling services at a high level.
• People-management skills
• Communication skills
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work on one's own initiative and take on the responsibility of projects.
• Resilient with an ability to prioritize an extensive, changing, and diverse workload.
• Knowledge of scheduling systems such as, Scientia.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
